Training Plan

A 4-week plan to help get you started with your fitness goals. Personalised fitness guidance with relevant information to help implement these changes. It will be created based on your available training days, and I will help create a routine to get you on track, whether your goal is muscle gain, tone up, fat loss or simply just improve overall fitness levels. We can work together on the fitness plan for as many months as you would like. Payments are done per month. 

What does this plan include?

  • Initial consultation to discuss and explore your needs and goals

  • Health & lifestyle questionnaire for you to complete. The information given in the questionnaire will be used to form the programme

  • You will receive a custom 4 week exercise plan - which can be for at home or at the gym sessions

  • Programme is managed on an app for easy use

  • Optional PT sessions are available with an additional cost

  • Weekly check ins to check progress

  • Email/WhatsApp support throughout

  • Follow-up consultation to discuss what your plans are after the programme, and any support needed to continue your journey​

How much does it cost?

This service is £35.00 for 4 weeks. You have the option to carry on to progress to your fitness for £30 per month thereafter.
