Every individual is unique, with different preferences, goals and experiences. The focus is all on you, so some changes may need to be done to the service such increased length etc, which may affect the cost of the service. 

Online Nutrition Plan

A 4-week nutrition support programme to help you reach your nutrition goals. The ultimate aim is to provide guidance on forming sustainable long-term healthy eating habits. Continued support throughout the 4 weeks. Analysis of your current diet and recommendations on simple changes that will positively impact your health and motivation for forming healthier eating habits. 

Online Training Plan

A 4-week training programme, whether it's for the gym, at home, or a combi plan, to help you reach your fitness goals. Focusing on your own goal and experience, you will be given a plan that will get you on track. The exercises will all be provided on an app for easy access to your exercise programme. You will have continuous support throughout the 4 weeks. 

1-1 Personal Training

Personal training services are done face to face within the Aberystwyth area. There are limited slots per week. If you enquire and there are currently no spaces, you will be added to the waiting list. Personal training is great for beginners, individuals with specific training goals, or just wants some guidance with what to do in the gym. The sessions are 60 minutes long.
