12 x Personal Training

A block booking of 12 PT sessions. We can discuss what day and time suits you, and we aim to keep the same slot for each week if possible. The PT sessions will be created based on your own personal goals. Having a training plan alongside PT sessions will be beneficial to help reach your personal goals. We can work together on your fitness journey for as many months as you would like. Payments are done prior to the start of each block booking. 

What does Personal Training sessions include?

  • Prior to signing up, you will be required to fill in some forms including a PAR-Q health questionnaire, and a fitness and lifestyle questionnaire

  • The PT sessions will be designed based on your fitness and goals

  • The aim will be to progress the PT sessions each week

  • Nutrition and fitness guidance will be provided, but it may be useful to purchase a nutrition plan alongside the PT session package for the best results

  • PT sessions will be 1 hour long

  • I understand that circumstances can change, so please allow a 24hour notice if a session needs to be cancelled, otherwise you will be charged for the full session

How much does it cost?

This service is £300.00, which includes 12 PT sessions and full access to my app with a personalised workout plan. The app allows you to track your workouts, steps, weight, habits and more.
