As a new mum myself​ I understand the struggles of trying to start a training routine after pregnancy.

Mum & Baby Sessions Will Offer:

  • Mixture of exercises using all our equipment in a private gym

  • Guidance to make sure you are exercising safely and progressing each week

  • Your baby or young one will be with you at all times

  • A fun and friendly community of other local mums with similar aged babies

  • Suitable for post natal mums at any stage of recovery

  • A safe place to come and exercise with your baby

More info about the sessions:

The sessions are run from a private gym located in the Old Post Office gym in Aberystwyth. The aims of the sessions will be to:

  • Improve your post natal recovery

  • Improve your confidence

  • Increase muscular strength and tone

  • Look and feel great

The main aim of the session is to get you back into a regular exercise routine post pregnancy. Its a place you can come and train with other mums and of course your baby or little one comes with you.

Your baby can stay in the buggy / car seat throughout the session or you can lay them on the floor in our baby soft play zone. If you need to stop to feed your little one this is also not a problem and you can do this at any point.
