Undergraduate BSc: Sport & Exercise Science

Diploma: Nutrition and Weight Management (AFN Accredited Course)

Goals

I want to help individuals improve their overall health and lifestyle and ensure that every client has a positive experience. My approach is to make sure each and every client is approached with individuality, respect and patience, with the main goal of making lasting improvements and knowledge to allow them to have ownership of their long-term health and wellbeing.

 

Making real life and achievable changes to an individual’s diet and lifestyle, adapting and allowing flexibility as I work with clients, to ensure a lifelong change. 

 

I acknowledge that everyone is different, with different preferences and beliefs, completely different life schedule, diverse genetics and other factors, which all contribute towards the reason why I believe that everyone’s nutritional journey with me should be 100% tailored to suit them.

With my scientific background, I understand the importance of using an evidence-based approach when working with clients. The service given to each and every client will be carried out within the rules and regulations of the latest nutritional practice guidelines.

1. Honesty & complete integrity: I want to offer honest and accurate advice to my clients and the general public, which is all supported by research literature, with the aim to build trust and positive relationships.

3. Balanced: Offering a balanced approach to nutrition, through avoiding fads and trends, but instead, setting a realistic and achievable programme suitable for each individual. Providing personalised advice and recommendations that help reach their own personal goals and see success.

4. Rigorous: Each client will receive a bespoke nutritional plan or advice based on the individuals needs and goals, ensuring each programme is flexible for change when needed.

5. Motivating: Making sure that the experience each and every client has is enjoyable and open, to ensure clients stick with their goals, and continue with their changes once the programme has ended.
