28-Week Online 
Training Plan

A 28-week plan with step-by-step guide, video guidance and the ultimate aim to progress and get stronger. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced plans available, with 3-5 sessions published for each week of the plan.

 

During the 28 weeks, there will also be challenges along the way where you can opt to take part in, with prizes to be won for the winners of the challenges.  

What does this plan include?

  • Health & lifestyle questionnaire for you to complete prior to starting the programme

  • 28 weeks of access to my app, which will include 3-5 gym sessions per week to follow

  • Beginner, intermediate and advanced programmes available

  • Clear guidance on sets, reps, and rest periods for every exercise.

  • WhatsApp or in app messaging support throughout

  • Workout challenges will launch throughout the 28 weeks to keep you motivated 

  • You can keep track of your progress through the app

How much does it cost?

This costs £99.00 for the 28 weeks, that's just over £3.50 per week! The app will help you track you workout progress, and also has features such as daily step counter, weight tracker and much more.
